Gina's Boutique — Local services in Ada Township

The worst experience ever! I came in there on 6/8/17 and the owner Gina was rude to me the moment I came in! I was looking at jewerly and she kept asking me are you ready are you all set. I told her I was looking around and she said ok and just kept staring at me. I ended up buying a ring from there. She charged my card then lied to me and told me my card didnt go thru even tho I put my pin # in, I then asked her are you sure? She got irritated and upset about me asking so I just told her I will pay in cash. Well when I got home I checked my account and she charged my account. I called her and told her and she got real upset about it and says I don't see it and that she will call the bank. Well she called me back and said my money will be there in 12 hours. So the next day I got ahold her her and told her it was not there yet and she go so upset, calling me a liar and told me just come get the money I can have the ring for free. I explained it is not for free if I paid twice that made her so mad. I just said have a nice day. I did file a complaint with the BBB. Please pay with cash who ever shops there because you do not want to deal with the consequence. I live in Wyoming it takes 10.00 in my truck just to get get there. My name...
