She is very knowledgable about the vap juices and the vap units, wics and other stuff in her store. Her vap juices she mixes are the best i have found and i will not go to another store. I am very loyal to her and her juice mixes. I have been going to her for atleast 8 years. If you ask for a flavor and she can mix it she will. You get your card stamped for every visit when you buy her mixes and when its filled you get a bottle of vap juice that she mixes. She comes off stabd offish but shes not being mean just needs ro get to know you first. If you are respectful to her she will be to you and if the stuff you buy doesnt work within a time period of buying it and she tells you the amount of days you have to return it for store policy and you bring it in she will replace it but if its you just dont like the flavor of something you bought she will not take it back. Unless you NEED to have what your looking for right away stay away from this place. Way overpriced on something as simple as a replacement coil.
