I was in town visiting my cousin and stopped at lalaland for brunch. My bf saw this store and said we should check it out. We walked in and were greeted with the warmest welcome . Armand & Brandon were absolutely the sweetest!! They spoke to us like we have known them forever . They created such a memorable experience informing us of everything they have and all the things we can do there. We painted bath bombs as Armand suggested, which was the best ever!!! Our inner kid was thrivingggg!! Brandon was working so hard during the sale and still made time to interact with us and give us suggestions on where to go while on our stay here in Dallas! I love this Buff City Soap location! The staff are creative and caring individuals. 2 out of the 3 times I have visited within 2 months I have seen a group of associates lead an activity or class of building soap bombs with little kids. The customer service is stellar. You're warmly greeted, and the staff are knowledgeable. Armand is a gem at this location!!! His energy is fantastic and he truly cares with helping you. The staff or owners were very unwelcoming. I was polite and I was almost made to feel like I didn't belong. Either that or they have zero customer service skills. I was excited to try the soap but I'll use what I have and never again. They also told me they don't accept cash, once I got home I thought about it and decided to call another store to see. They do in fact take cash and I'm assuming they thought this black girl with braids walks around with counterfeit money.
