One Medical Primary Care Clinic - Addison Prestonwood Place — Local services in Addison

By pure happenstance, I discovered OneMedical via the Amazon Pharmacy homepage as I researched a new prescription of mine. I was already planning to find a primary care provider associated with Baylor Scott & White, so once I discovered that OneMedical partnered with Baylor, I felt incredibly at-ease with making an initial medical appointment.

I have to say - my new care provider (Kayla) is an amazing medical professional. She went above-and-beyond in not only answering all of my questions, but also providing a reassuring perspective and helping me adjust to a new lifestyle. I can't say that's been the case for prior medical staff I've engaged with at other places.

I would recommend OneMedical, especially this clinic location, to anyone in a heartbeat based solely on how convenient it is to schedule a virtual/in-person appointment with their high quality medical staff. The convenience factor of all of this being linked to my Amazon account or even the cleanliness/aesthetic of the facilities only add to the appeal - not to mention the association with...

This location is fantastic! Our entire family is able to utilize One Medical (including pediatrics), which has made it so easy to get care when we need it. We consolidated three doctors into one for my child alone. The app is fantastic and we can always get an appointment the same day in person because we can visit any of their locations (but our primary location has always been able to see us same-day). They also have no-cost telehealth if you can’t be seen in person. Prescription refills or requests are also filled right away, through the app. And once they needed to talk to me about a refill and the doctor herself actually called me to discuss it. At this location, Dr. Rubi and the entire staff are wonderful. I am so grateful to be able to get quality care when we need it, and we’ve been able to get it far more quickly, too. No more urgent care or ER visits when our doctors are booked! I cannot recommend this...

I’m using One Medical since +1y now, and i’m very happy with the service.

I spent 20/30min completely with the doctor. The doctor focuses on my health not on prescribing any new pills. Labs is available onsite and I even received my results in 24h, and i know the doctor will call me back Monday to discuss it. They also correctly charge insurance, this is only place i found where i can use my “year physical exam” covered by my insurance without any extra fees.

Forget the pre-pre-exam with a technician, pre-exam with a nurse, to finally see a doctor for 30 sec not listening to you. Forget the “we are doing extra test not covered by your insurance” etc.

The admin staff is super nice people and helpful: on my last appointment i went to the wrong location and I missed my appointment, they re-scheduled my appointment and didn’t charge me any extra charge.
