I purchased a matching washer and dryer from the Adrian location. It took them so long to pick up the washer when it had broken down that I had made my final payment! Till this day June 24,2024 I still have not received my matching washer! The best they could do after a year and a half was say Sorry! Really! Ohhh there's more! Joe one of the managers called me the Friday before and asks for a payment cuz my card didn't work, so I asked well where's my washer machine???? He replied that he would look into it n promised to call back! Surprisingly No call back! Allison the GM MANAGER! said he told her but she failed to call!!!! WOW! FIRE THEM ALL!!!! OVER A YEAR AND A HALF I CALLED TO GET MY WASHER PICKED UP N FIXED!!!! UNEXCEPTABLE!!! I WISH THERE WAS A LAW WHERE WE COULD GET PAYMENT BACK FOR WHAT WE DIDN'T HAVE!!!!!...

I would like to start by saying this is by far the worst store to go to not only did they over charge me they changed my payment on my credit card without permission the store manager is rude she would not call me to fix anything I ended up sending all my merchandise back because I was so dissatisfied and the store was rude they also wouldn't give me the gm num said it was a personal num well who else am I post ot talk to if the store Manger she won't do her job really watch out for adrian store they will try to rob you without you knowing I was paying for weeks for a item I returned almost a month before I figured it out wow yes really I need to speak to the gm of this store or a corporate manager ... can someone please give me a...

I signed up for a mattress that was never delivered because I didn’t answer their phone call within the 4 hour delivery window they gave me. I call back 4 minutes later no answer. Called back 2-3 times three days in a row no answer. Then they call me a week a later to see if I’m still interested so I say no because it seems shady at this point and asked the woman I spoke with to cancel the order. She said okay she’ll let her boss know. Now I’m receiving emails and calls everyday requesting payments for a mattress I never received and they’re still not answering their store phone...
