Very kind and great staff. Always delivered quality product and takes time to understand what you want. I cannot say enough good things. The ONLY reason they’re not 5 stars, and I wish I could make them 4.5 because it’s not a huge deal, is an issue with a price. We dropped off some hankies to have embroidered as a gift for family at our wedding, and my bride hand wrote notes to be placed on each hanky. They gladly accepted and did it, digitizing her handwriting and embroidering each one. HOWEVER, we were not told how much money it could potentially be to digitize the signature, so we were a bit shocked when we had to pay to pick them up. Not saying it wasn’t quality, or not worth it, as it certainly was. I just wish we had a price quote beforehand. But they did customize many items for us, including custom whiskey glasses, and all things were amazing and of high quality.

EDIT* I changed this to five stars. The owner when I returned to give them more business, seems to have seen this and given me a great discount and apologized for the miscommunication. I called AE&D to obtain some shirts and a hat with my custom business logo on them. I was able to visit the shop and the new owner (of several months as of this review) was able to help me find the exact shirt design I was looking for, in the material I was hoping for. She was able to accomplish exactly the finished product I had mentally envisioned, and the quality of the embroidery exceeded my expectations. She will retain your designs on file for easier and more cost effective orders in the future (there is a digitization/setup fee for first time customers since she subcontracts the process of converting your pdf logo into a digital sewing pattern for her machines to follow). Low quality vinyl, never before worn nor washed shirt and it’s already cracking, i barely stretch the shirt and it’s messing up, good vinyl is suppose to have some stretch. Not to mention their high prices and misleading signs/staff. Brung in 2 shirts for a test and it costed $25, but that isn’t the issue , a couple weeks later i brung in about 7 shirts and i was somehow charged more when they told me next time i brung in more it would be less!!?? Their sign they have posted, and staff working there said it would be cheaper for the more shirts you bring, but it was the complete opposite and they charged more! Very very misleading and will recommend others...
