I ordered a gift card for a friend on 12/12 and it was stated to be delivered in 3 to 5 days ... it is 8 days later and no gift card. I have called customer service 3 times, they are no help and sound as if they could not care less...I am disconnected and put on hold without communicating why.... there are supposedly no supervisors to speak to. There is no one that cares to salvage this first transaction with a new customer, there is no one to offer ideas on how to make it better. I felt zero value or appreciation as a customer. After being frustrated beyond expression with the lack of customer service, I finally called my bank to dispute the charge. I had the greatest experience shopping 🛍 with Gabbie’s help. She was so sweet and very helpful in picking out outfits. She was very patient with me. Gabbie was also providing the same customer service to other ladies shopping. She never lost her cool and it was pretty busy in the dressing room. In this day in age it is so hard to find great customer service. Gabbie went over and beyond to help me. I told her I recently lost some weight and was heading out for a night out. Staff was amazing! I have always shopped online but once I found out there was a store within driving distance I decided to stop by. The staff made sure I knew about the sales happening, they set up a room, took things to my dressing room if my hands were "full", arranged the dressing room and added a few extra shorts to try on.
