I made a post over a year ago and I can’t believe I went back in this store again because it was conveniently next to the Walmart I pick my groceries up at. I went for vape juice. When I got the juice I immediately noticed the color was off from what I normally buy at another vape store. It was the same brand yet the bottles look totally different from the label to the color of the juice. When I vaped it, it tasted totally different and off. I’m pretty sure they are selling out of date juices. I had to go to my normal vape store and buy another bottle because I just couldn’t vape the one this store sold me. So 21.00 wasted for it to sit in my cabinet. I tried to reach out to someone on Facebook messenger because I know they won’t give me a refund on it. Simply because I used it. I’m attaching photos of the different juices theirs is the yellow one. The one I buy at vapor tek is clear. And it taste awesome. Below is the other review I made years ago!
I would give this store zero stars if I could. And after today I will not ever come back. I will drive miles away before I give this place a single dime of my hard earned money. They lack in customer service. The have a lack of respect. And only really cater to teenagers standing around not buying a thing. I’ve given this place several chances. I went in there about two weeks ago and a new female employee was working I’ve never seen her before. The male training her is on his phone apparently dealing with a electric bill and the only reason I know this is because he was so loud about it and could have carried on the conversation outside on a break. So the female helping me is clearly lost on what coils I needed which is understandable since she told me it was either her first or second day. The male employee whom she asked several times for help wasn’t helping her. Then I tell her it’s ok an understand. She goes on to ring me up and I want to redeem my points she couldn’t figure out how. So I asked to see the computer to help her. Out of no where the male employee says loudly don’t ever show the customer the computer. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth about this male employee. So I wrote the manager through Facebook messenger about the experience. Anyhow today I go in there and I told that employee I was glad he wasn’t there. He was like who so I tell him I don’t know his name. Anyhow this guy is trying to sell me a tank which I clearly didn’t need or want. Because I was asking for juice and coils. He is clearly annoyed I do not want this tank. So then he continues the conversation about that employee. And how I must be the lady that wrote the owner then he made me aware the owner is never there and Is in Egypt. And then he keeps going on and on about the incident and won’t be quiet so I’m annoyed. I told him I will never be back to this store and that I will take my business else where. And I will there are tons of vape stores in the area. So you guys please don’t go to this store. Please go to vapor tek on whiskey road they have excellent customer service the owner John is so nice. And the employees are extremely excellent in customer service! And there juice is new and fresh and not out of date. Try the market place forbidden berry it’s so good. You won’t want to vape...
Read moreThey got rid of their best manager and now have kids who have no idea what they're selling or doing running the place. They literally sell thca flower using tweezers instead of gloves to pick out every nug out of a jar and then using mylar bags without heat sealing them so it just stinks like weed. When I mentioned this the guy working acted like a complete jerk and said if the police smell it just to show them the receipt. Yes, as if I'm still not going to get a ticket and they're going to take the flower to test it for thc content all because they don't know how to seal the bags they're using properly. Go anywhere else except here honestly, there's a nice Bodega in warrenville with the same products and better prices that's 10 minutes away and it's well worth the drive. Ivapor is going completely downhill. Scroll through the rest of the reviews and see how many times brie is mentioned, that's the manager they fired and who opened the Bodega in warrenville. She's knowledgeable and fair and would never operate a business as poorly as ivapor is being run now. Read moreWent in to buy a new mod because mine had broken. I was set on buying one that day so I will take the responsibility of my own result. However, I had every single staff member trying to sell me all kinds of mods that were out of the price range that I gave, all at the same time. They eventually stopped when one incredibly persistent worker started telling me about how great this certain one was and how it was impossible to beat their prices. He constantly interrupted me to answer questions he thought I was going to ask (I wasn't), and only answered my actual questions when I was forced to interrupt his obsession with his own voice. A few days later, I was bored and decided to google the mod I bought. Every...Single...Store.... online was about $30-45 for a mod I bought for 70 here. It's my fault for giving in to their sales pitches, but a fair warning for those looking to get their money's worth. Even the local stores sell much better mods for the same price, some even cheaper.
No refunds here either.
Highly recommend Vapor Tek on Whiskey Road. Much better prices and staff that actually care about...
