Kabylia Baguette — Restaurant in Akron

I discovered Kabylia Baguette at the Oatmeal Festival. The oatmeal cake is one of the best cakes my husband and I have ever had. Even if I didn’t love oatmeal, this cake would’ve been amazing. The flavors were amazing - brown sugary and buttery. And the textures of all the layers : crunchy, creamy , chewy were awesome. I contacted the owners on instagram and they were kind enough to tell me that they had more cake on hand and I went to their new location downtown to get some. While I was there, I had a delicious matcha latte w/ orange blossom and got a piece of pumpkin cake to go. Moist and flavorful. Owners are super nice and very talented at baking. I highly recommend visiting their new location. Ps- picked up some coffee beans from Akron coffee roasters too....

If you’ve met Hilary & Nourdine, you already know how warm and welcoming they are. Now, add in that they are both masters of their craft and you will not be surprised that Kabylia Baguette will blow you away!
