My recent experience with StubHub was nothing short of exceptional. I needed seven tickets for a Minor League Baseball game - the Rubber Ducks versus the Flying Squirrels - and StubHub made the process incredibly straightforward and hassle-free.
Right from the start, the website was easy to navigate, with clear, concise information and no hidden fees. I found it extremely user-friendly to select the seats, make the purchase, and have the tickets digitally delivered. The whole transaction felt secure and reliable.
Now, let's talk about the game! StubHub didn't just provide the tickets; they facilitated an unforgettable night of work fun. The seats were amazing, providing an excellent view of the field and the engaging antics of the players. The atmosphere was electric and the game more exciting than I could have imagined, and it was all the sweeter as our team, the Rubber Ducks, emerged victorious!
What truly made this experience stand out was the consideration for dietary needs at the stadium. Hotdogs, a quintessential part of any baseball game, were available for just two dollars, and to my pleasant surprise, they even had gluten-free buns. This attention to detail and inclusivity enhanced our enjoyment of the game and showed a genuine thoughtfulness that is sometimes lacking at large-scale events.
I would highly recommend going to...

Most AA ballparks I've been to are bush league; old, smelly, dirty, etc. Canal Park is on par with many newer AAA parks and even nicer than some major league parks, and this place is ten years old!
There is literally not a bad seat in the house and admission prices are very reasonable. There is a great variety of food and beverage options and the prices are decent. If you get downtown early enough, you can usually find free parking within a block or two of the park.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the between-inning entertainment is always goofy and fun!
Go to a game on a Friday or Saturday evening and stay for the post-game fireworks. They are even better than the fireworks at the Indians' stadium in Cleveland.
The only reason I don't give Canal Park five stars is that they have a designated smoking area right behind home plate (outside the stadium proper). When the wind blows from the south or southeast, the smell of stale smoke pollutes the air in the center of the concourse and all the seats...
Read moreVery easy to get to. Plenty of parking, both garages and lots. There is lots rt across street that also have Handicap parking. Was $10 cash for lot. I think on weekends after 6 garages are free.
Staff and volunteers very nice. Good food. Grab a 32 oz souvenir cup with pop. Free refills for that day and rest of season.
Only thing I'd point out to watch for:
If you need seating in shade, get seats in section 14-17. Which is on third base side.
Our seats were on first base side and even though under over hang. It provided no shade, we got scorched till sun went down.
As long as you keep that in mind you are good to go. There is also a picnic pavilion area clear at end of walk way beyond section 20. I think I read it's all you can eat buffet for $44 per person. So there is also some limited shade there too.
I would go again. I would like to see Canal Park put in their park info about the lack of shade.
Those of us that are affected more by heat due to age or sensitivity from medications need that...
