The pharmacy staff named Theresa said at 1:29 that they were closed until 2 not very friendly lady. In the lady that was been waited on told her well it's 1:29 now so she turned looked at me in said they were closed now 1:30 to 2 to come back after 2. I came back around 2:30 my mom had a co pay she did not know about so the pharmacist who was very kind said she could split the medicine so my mom could have it. It would take 10 minutes. So I went back to my car got my debit card waited about 10 minutes before going back in waiting in line again in a kind woman told me to step to the side it would just be a minute before it's ready. Well the Theresa lady comes back to the front a couple minutes later looks at me sturnly tells me to get back in line like the rest the customers in wait my turn. The lady and gentleman in the pharmacy line apologized for the way she just spoke to me and said I did nothing wrong and she could have asked politely I had already waited in line so at this point I call my mom to tell her the rudeness I keep receiving in this lady Theresa hears me her mouth drops she hurries to the front grabs my mother's prescriptions rings me out smiles in says have a nice day has to be the rudest person I have ever ran into here at this Giant Eagle I have gone here for the past 15 years.
