Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Akron

I went to the location on Waterloo road around 10:40 AM on, May 16th. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes and a lady kept passing by did not greet me. I was very patient.i work incustomer service my self so i understand i am very patient. I decided to go inside because I assumed they might be busy when I got inside. Nobody was in there. So there was no excuse for nobody to greet me at least when I got inside, I asked for a side of salsa because my work ordered a catering order and they didn't put it in there. I asked angel is what she said her name was for a large side of salsa. Because my cating order didn't come with it. She said the catering order didn't come through their location and I asked if I could still get it because it shouldn't matter which Chipotle locationit was placed at theyre all the same chain restraunt. The catering order was placed through chipotle and are all the same company and I was not rude when asking for salsa, it's literally just hot sauce. She was extremely rude and had a nasty tone with me and started raising her voice. I asked her. Why are you being rude to me? She didn't have a response. She continued to be rude. And I asked her again, for what reason are you being rude to me? She had nothing to say. I asked for her managers number she just pointed at s9me cards and didnt tell me which one was her manager so i had to ask her that too. The manager i spoke to was kind and understnad but i hope that lady can learn to be a bit kinder even if she is having a bad day because nobody deserves to be treated the way...

Beware of last shift of the day it’s the dude with glasses he is very rude and disrespectful ,I’ll come this place must every Saturday sometimes even Sundays so my order is always between 5-7 people, I asked for side tortillas for all the bowls that I order and they always forget which is not a big deal so I asked the cashier guy with the glasses hey sir can you pls give me 5 tortillas on the side? he said I have to charge you for all so I said ok no problem, so I just want to ask what about if you get burrito instead of bowl do they charged for tortillas too ? then he flip start saying like I know it don’t make any sense but that’s why we still charge customers anyways ,I was like ok .don’t make sense either but I guess, then he start walking away mumbling something could’ve heard anything he said so again for the second time I asked may I please have 5 Tabasco sauce on the side? that’s when he grabbed 5 small plastic container and threw it right on my bag, guess what happened ? 2 of the container spilled on the bag so I just walked out I didn’t want any problem I’m not that type guy to get with someone confrontation or arguing with anyone so best way is to leave negative review so customers and chipotle corp can see it and handle it . like it suppose to so today is Saturday 11-18-2023 the day it happened last shift around 9 ish pm. So I am done with this place I don’t need to spend my money to some business being rude and disrespectful , and threw my sauce on my bag and spilled all over disgusting behavior …. Good...

This chipotle thinks it's okay for their employees to mix your food with their gloved hands and then turn around and mix the next persons burrito after wiping her fingers on her dirty apron. It obviously wasn't the first time. No new gloves! The manager doesn't care and said it followed guidelines! Straight up did not care. No refund. So I searched a little on Facebook and it's not the first time they've had health safety issues. There was a post even with a picture of the same manager. The one that told us she's only been there a couple months and trying to turn the place around. The picture was from Oct. Of 2022. So she's a liar as well. We called the health department but she claims they see the health department ALL the time. So make of that what you will. All I know is this woman's been at this particular chipotle multiple years and apparently belittles customers who want basic standards for their food, and regularly is able to blow off the health department.
