I rented the "Party Bus" for the large bridal party of my daughter's May 18, 2013 wedding. The bus was absolutely fantastic and was a highlight of the bridal party's day. Their only regret was that they would have liked to require a longer distance to their destination so they would have had more time on the bus. The limo driver, Lorie, was just wonderful. She went way above and beyond my expectations to assist with the logistics of the day and to help us. She even helped us take personal items from the church to our personal cars as well as secured all the party's personal items at the reception hall. At appropriate points along the way she made sure to keep me informed of where items had been stowed so there would be no confusion and nothing would get lost. She absolutely guarded my daughter, the bride. She helped her make sure he gown did not get dirty during outside photos and her calm approach lessened the hectic pace of the photography session. Certainly last but not least, she took great care to safely transport these young people from the church to photo session to reception hall without incident. I could not be more pleased!!! Read moreLong story but the bottom line is, we rented and and paid $1016 to take our grandchildren on a 5 hour (turned into 6.5 hours) trip to see Christmas lights and decorations without leaving the limo. We paid extra for a limo with video and neither big screen TV would work. Tough night with three children under the age of 10 with a stack of DVDs that we could not watch! We tried to work out the issue with the company and got a $160 refund. Even if we had cancelled the trip when they got to our house, we would have had to pay and by then, we had three excited children! The driver spent 40 minutes with a tech to no avail and thought that maybe the bumps along the way would make it work. Never did! Bottom line, MAKE SURE you list in the TL contract what you expect...audio, video, heat or AC, window blinds that raise and lower, sufficient ice for the wet bar...whatever. And make sure you indicate what you deserve if they do not provide what you paid for. If they won't accept the changes to the contract, look elsewhere! They had our date available so we were ready and willing to give them our business. After multiple attempts to schedule that meeting, they seemed completely unwilling to accommodate our availability. You’d think a local business would want to go above and beyond for potential customers, especially since they encouraged us to view their fleet before we make our decision.
