I've always loved shopping at Jcpenney! I bought their jeans for my son bc they always had them in stock. Here recently, I noticed they had a shortage in store and online. They are changing their brand of jeans to something else. Arizona brand is what my son likes and wears. I asked the employee, what happened and she said the company has now started offering that brand of clothes/jeans. I asked if customers had complaints or lots if returns for defects or not being comfortable. She said not that she knew of and they had just started several months ago. My son has junk in the trunk like his mother so his size is specific. I asked are they gonna discontinue Arizona brand jeans and she said she didn't think so. I wasn't confident in that answer at all. I said I can't find this brand anywhere and it would be sad, as a consumer to discontinue that brand/size when its hard to find. Jcpenney went bankrupt in early 2020. The store shut down and then re-opened. Their hours are limited now. I love this store and I hope they don't try to get different brands to cut costs in bulk. I'll always shop here but even online, I couldn't find it-sold out. I got lucky when I went to the store physically and found a pair for $11 clearance. That's it....
Read moreI paid $95 to walk out of the salon looking like I stuck my finger in a socket!! Stop advertising salon services that your stylists are not equipped to handle!! A perm rod set is not the same thing as a flexi rod set. I scheduled an appointment for a flexi rod set. Not one stylist had any flexi rods!! My stylist Cheryl didn't even know what a flexi rod was, had no idea how to wash, comb, cut or style my hair. Janet had to step in and complete the service. I am sorely disappointed; absolutely livid in fact. Cheryl tried to part and comb my natural, unprocessed, just washed with no conditioner hair with a fine-toothed-comb. She blow dried my hair without any heat protection And did not do my eyebrows which I scheduled for. AND I was in the salon an extra 2 hours longer than I was scheduled to be. Read moreI had a photo shoot here in portrait department.. sadly i missed the survey to write a review on these people.. its already been a few months now because i did send an email about my concerns and extremely negative experience with them but no one ever got back to me. so ill say here, that they were extremely rude and nasty and i tried to keep a positive mindset while there because it was my birthday.. but i see now why all the independent photographers are taking over. I would never recommend anyone to the portraits department., everything about it really bothered me.. they have no consideration for you back there but they will be nice to you once they swipe your card! The lady didnt even tell me what i was paying for until after she so desperately took my payment. These people...
