This is the best store I've ever been to. I don't just mean the best vape store. This is the best store ever. I've never been in a place of business that was so inviting, informative and helpful. The staff is amazing. They go far out of their way to make you happy. Their selection of juices isn't huge but they seem to have been cherry picked because I find I like the majority of their selection. I've been to other stores that have an enormous selection but by the time I tried countless juices I realized I only liked a handful of their flavors. Their prices are not the best but are competitive to other brick and mortar stores. If you know what you want and don't mind waiting, get it online - it'll always be cheaper. But if you want to try juices first or get firsthand, honest, information on tanks and mods this is the place to go. They give honest advice and information about their products. If there is a flaw with a tank, like it's known to leak, they will tell you up front. They have one of the best discount programs around. Every $100 you spend you receive a $7.99 credit on your next purchase. They also offer 50% off juice when you sign up for their texting program. This isn't so they can blow your phone up with useless junk. They'll just occasionally send you a text when they're having a big sale, like on Black Friday. This store has been around for a few years and I use to avoid it when I quit smoking even though it is near my house. This was because they had a crummy staff that was unknowledgeable, unfriendly and even judgemental at times. I'm glad I gave them another chance. I go there almost daily now. This place is only good if you live in Alabaster, are out of liquid, and don't have time to go to a better place. They have a very small selection. Their selection is very strange too. They only carry two or three tobacco flavors because " they don't sell very well". Every other vape shop in the metro area carries plenty. Especially in a semi-rural/new market, you should be pushing the whole "stop smoking start vaping" strategy. Tobacco flavors are usually the first ones that new vapers want. The prices at Vape Escape are higher than any other Vape Shop around. I drive 30 minutes to Homewood for better prices and an amazing selection. I think a few of the other reviews on here might be from the owners or their friends. I get it and I don't blame them for that, I promote my business in any way I can. Two final pieces of advice for the owners: The leave one take one bucket is kinda gross. I'm not taking an unsealed bottle of anything and putting it's contents into my body. Some psycho could put poison in one of those bottles (or someone could claim that they got sick). It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Finally, you really need to get rid of Vanilla Ice (you know who I'm talking about) he's rude and most of the time has no clue what he's talking about. He's telling new vapers wrong information. I wish Vape Escape the best. I would love to have an awesome vape shop here in Alabaster, but Vape Escape still has some bugs...

I love this store and the staff there. My fiance and I go to a few of the shops around Hoover/Pelham/Alabaster and while it's the smaller of the stores, it is by far our favorite. The guys in there are great, knowledgeable and just genuinely nice guys. When my equipment broke, they helped me with the warranty, getting a replacement and got me through until my replacement came. The discount program is better than other stores' programs. Might not be as big as some of the other stores, but the staff and discounts make it...
