My friend and I had a HORRIBLE experience with Brandon. I called him on the phone, asked if we could come get some empty boxes for moving, and he said yes and they have a few. So me and my friend went inside and started breaking the empty boxes down so we could take them to our car. As we were leaving, he told us “don’t come back for boxes” and implying that we were doing something wrong? When I called before and asked to make sure we could and to make sure they had some??? Mind you, we have done this SEVERAL times, and they have always been okay with it. We told him that, and he tried telling us they didn’t let us do that, but how is he going to tell us that when we literally were allowed by the workers to do that before?????
