This store has consistently gone down hill over the last few months. I used to love tanning here, some of the girls were so friendly and great to talk to. Earlier this year, they were left short handed and then it seemed that all the familiar faces disappeared. The new management is terrible... I'm not sure where Liliya and Heather went but they always kept things running great at alabaster. I rarely will get in my bed without cleaning it myself now, the air conditioner seems to be out every other week, the employees there now are clueless and clearly care more about their personal lives than the impression they are giving the customer. There isn't a single person at alabaster at this time that is knowledgeable or truely personable. Time to find a new company to give...
