The Healthy Hangout — Restaurant in Alabaster

I should have done my research before going - so shame on me. I was expecting something more along the lines of a Planet Smoothie. If you are a fan of Herbalife then this place is for you. If you are looking for a meal replacement/smoothie shop, this is not the place. I ordered the combo as was suggested by the orange cinnamon roll shake and the roll tide tea. Overall, the flavor wasn't terrible but they definitely tasted artificial. Will keep them in mind if I'm looking for a weight...

So glad this place is in Alabaster! Their loaded teas and shakes are amazing. My favorite tea is the Killer Strawberry. Gives me good energy without any crash afterwards. The Bora Bora is my second favorite, though.

The shakes are so tasty, too. I’m thankful they don’t have milk in them. The cookies and cream is my personal favorite.

They also offer preorders if you call ahead on your way there. Huge time saver so I can pick up my order on my way...

I went in thirsty after working out at the YMCA. It was mid afternoon so I knew I didn't want anything with caffeine in it.
