My sister booked this spot, the staff is friendly but the result was not what we hoped for exactly.

When we picked Laila up, her hair was still wet , she was a little spooked by the air, so the service wasn’t completed, which is understandable. After letting her dry at home we noticed that her tail was not trimmed at all, her paw hair was cut uneven, and her ear hair on the front was chopped. We were quoted $135-$150 and we were charged $155.

This was Laila’s first time at the groomer, she was a bit nervous and had an accident on the table but it was unclear if the remaining of the services like the rest of the trimmings were not completed because she was being roudy or not, but the nails were trimmed to perfection and we are glad laila let her...

I visited about 3 times for grooming and for one of them it wasn't until 20 minutes before our appointment that i was called that our appointment was canceled and had to reschedule for another two weeks. After rescheduling and completing that appointment, 3 weeks later, I called again to reschedule grooming and they told me that all the groomers were out until the next day. Tomorrow comes and I call them again to schedule and suddenly my dog is not allowed to be groomed here anymore because it's too "hectic" for them. Granted my dog suffers from separation anxiety, however, she does not bite or have any history of aggresion. I just wish they would've let us know our last visit so that I didn't have to scramble and find a different place for...

I have been buying our dog food from See Spot Run for my dogs for years. Vanessa was very knowledgeable about the dog food when we were buying food for our almost one year old pup as we transitioned him to adult food. We have been buying food for him at SSR since. The customer service here is great, always greet me as I come in and ask if I need help. I'm sure I can save a few dollars buying it online, but I chose to support a locally owned business. If we want to see our local community survive and thrive, I'm happy to give that up to continue to see businesses stick around in Alameda. Thanks Leah...
