I gotta hand it to these guys. They went above and beyond to help me with a project of mine. I'm planning on making my friend an astrology bracelet based on her star chart, and I wanted to get only a few beads per star sign but the beads I wanted were only available in string beads. After some time the two employees there broke down the strings and managed to price the individual beads for me! It's hard finding a bead store that does single beads anymore and as a customer service representative I know how frustrating it can be to WANT TO and BE ABLE TO meet customers in the middle when it comes to certain requests, but this purchase earned this bead place my full attention!
