My baby is 11 months old, so I've only been in a few times. I got a good deal on baby booster seat there a few months ago. I went in a couple weeks ago hoping to "trade" some things that my baby boy never got to wear since he grew so fast, but the whole experience was unsettling.

The lady working there did not greet me at all (...It was late morning on a weekday and there was no one else in the store). She looked at my bag of stuff for 5 seconds, and was kind of annoyed saying, "We can't use any of this stuff; we're looking for summer". I had some baby Oshkosh short light denim overalls and new with tags zoo animal print romper?! Also, my baby has a lot of nice sleep sacks that he grew out of quickly, so I asked her if they buy sleep sacks like Nested Bean - without looking up she said, "depends", vaguely like she couldn't be bothered.

Our son is almost 1 now and we've found gems for him at all stages so far, including clothes from brands we love (like Patagonia, Primary, Carter’s, and Baby Gap) and essentials for the never ending evolving needs (feeding supplies like spoons were such a good deal to grab secondhand). We live on the peninsula so honestly just shop online most often and have stuff shipped! I browse the site by his size or category and peak at what’s new every once in awhile as I think ahead to what he needs next. So while going into the shop is always a delight, having our order shipped is so convenient and barely costs more than the bridge toll we’d pay to get there. I cannot express enough how much I love this store!! If I could give it more stars I would. We have been going here for the last four years and plan on coming for at least the next 4. These ladies are incredibly nice, helpful and have weathered covid so well adapting to the new rules. From baby furniture, clothing, toys, bottles and diapers to my toddler’s toys, clothing and books. I wish I would have known about this store when I pregnant - their maternity clothes, strollers, nursery prep and even newborn baby gifts both brand new and used have been appreciated by all recipients.

When my kids outgrow things we trade them in and buy the next sizes up. I wish there was a teen and adult version of this store!...
