Server acted like she wanted to be anywhere except with us people two sets two tables two high tops came and sat down after us and got served before us when I asked for water she goes drink comes with it I said I'm thirsty for some water now and then when I asked for lemonade she goes I'm going to bring you a refill and brought me back water when I asked for a lemonade. When I got my food my French fries were lukewarm the plate was hot from the heat lamps my chicken strips word lukewarm whenever I ask anything she would have roll her eyes. It seemed like I was too much trouble all I asked for was water a lemonade and barbecue sauce. She did not have a waitress personality. She act like I was an inconvenience to her day. When I did ask anything she huffed and rolled her eyes.. Not . Also wheny friend asked for a drink refill she brought a cup. Poured it in to the other cup. And poured the rest in mine. Highly unprofessional. She should have brought me my own glass of lemonade and my friend should have got a fresh glass of lemonade not pouring it from one cup to another. The whole situation was horrible. And that I have been a waitress and casinos and high-end dining places I do tip exceedingly well but I left 18% because I didn't want her to have to pay for me to be there but it might have taught her a lesson.and I have been a hairdresser for over 40 years and I taught how to do proper customer service so there was nobody there that I seen that even had an a shred of customer service unless it was one of the regulars and the regulars got the VIP treatment. Every customer walking through that door should be treated as royalty they are your bread your butter and believe it or not customers are the ones that are making your staffs compensation in wages. So even if they looked at me like a dollar bill walking in the door that's fine but to be treated shabby is not acceptable please please train your staff customer service is a dying art and although I liked your food it was cold I hope that you take in consideration I took time out of my day to go to your restaurant not to be treated poorly but to be treated like a valued customer. Read moreVisited this location for Father's Day. The service is normally excellent. When we walked in, we were invited by a strong urine smell. We were told that the urinal of the men's restroom had overflowed out of the bathroom. They were using napkins to control the overflow, but did not attempt to use any cleaner. We were seated in the booths near the restroom, so we smelled urine the entire time. Our appetizer arrived quickly. My husband ordered the sampler for his entree and was told that they were completely out of onion rings. When the food arrived, we realized that they messed up one of the orders. My husband and son proceeded to eat while my daughter and I waited on the Large order of wings we were going to share. Our waitress disappeared, so we had to wait for an extended period for our refills. During this time, we continued to wait on the replacement order. I asked to speak to a manager because 20mins had passed and my husband and son were done eating. We were giving the wings to go and did not have to pay for them, but this entire experience was horrible! This is my husband's favorite restaurant, and we wanted to enjoy a nice lunch. Read moreAugust 9, 2024, after 8:00 p.m., we got together to fellowship with our granddaughter before she left for college the next day. It was about 17 in the group. When we walked in, we were treated like they didn't want us there. The waiter seemed uninterested and unconcerned. Since we only saw one table occupied by another family, we asked if the middle tables could be pulled closer together. The waiter (DJ I think on the name tag) SLOWLY proceeded to pull the tables together. When he finally finished, he didn't inform us that he was done, he just walked away and left us standing waiting. Another worker behind the counter finally told us we could sit down. As the waiter began to take our drink order, we asked how would he separate the tickets because he was putting everything on the same ticket at that time. We got 2 smart remarks with a dry attitude!! The coworker who stepped in to assist with bringing the food out was awesome and the food was great. I gave the dry waiter a good tip anyway. Had his attitude been different, he could have received a tip from the others making it worth his time. Hopefully before we revisit, he'll have people skills.
