I hate leaving bad reviews and I hate taking my business out of Albany because we live here and my husband works here but I’m done with this CVS. I should have long ago been done. We have to go to CVS because of our health insurance . They are constantly losing prescriptions the dr send in , telling me I have no refills when I have two prescriptions for the same thing on hold , on several occasions in mine , my husbands and daughters prescriptions had pills that didn’t belong. One was a heart medication and one and anti biotic and I don’t remember the 3rd. I went the first time to the pharmacy about it . I was told if I wanted to bring the extra pills I was given they can dispose of them. Absolutely zero concern whatsoever that my daughter’s prescription had heart pills in it . I didn’t bother going the other 2 times because of that. That was in the past several years though and hasn’t happened in a year or two. I vigilantly check now . It’s just constant screw ups there . The pharmacists and many of the pharmacy staff are very good . Let’s not even talk about trying to shop there . If a register is even open the line is long and the self checkouts constantly screw up . Me and someone else waited and waited while the cashier ignored us then finally went over there. She canceled my transaction and said she would do it at the register . Rang up someone who came after me first and I left my purchase there. I had that the horrid customer service of some there ruin the good employees . It has to come down to management though and I’ve never seen a more poorly managed one and I’ve been to some very run down ones . This CVS hands down is the worst one I’ve ever been to or dealt with. It’s sad because the one where we moved form 5 years ago was amazing . I hate to go to a business in Leesburg if there is an Albany location because I like to keep my money in Albany to benefit my city and this is the first time I have had to . Read moreI would like to start off by saying that the best that could ever happen to CVS is when they added Sieda to there team. I have been coming to CVS for years. No matter how many times Ms Sieda waits on me. She is forever and always the same. She is always smiling and very courteous and kind. She is always giving me information about my medication when I ask her. I was just sitting and waiting on my prescription on today 8/7/2025. I was just observing how she was with other customers. The elderly lady was being a little rude but she was very nice and made sure that she was taken care of right then. I promise you she is a very great reason for me to patronize CVS. Sometimes I don't be feeling that well. But her customer service and support always makes me feel better. I was having an issue one time about the price of my medication. She was very patient and very sweet and allowed me to call someone that could assist me on getting the right services taken care of. She politely asked me to come to another register. So that the other customers can be taken care of. I am very big on Customer Service and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. So thank you so much for hiring Sieda CVS... Read moreAbsolutely the worst CVS I have ever been to. There is never not a line. I pull up to the drive thru line today as the 3rd car. Waited in that line for 20 min. My 5 month old baby is screaming by the time I pull up to the window only to find that the window is cracked open, the tech, Crystal, at the window completely ignores me for a solid 3 min-just sorting through prescriptions next to her without awknowledging me. She can obviously hear my baby screaming and still says nothing. Finally she says “yes?” There are EIGHT cars behind me and she is in no hurry to help any of them. She has the worst attitude as I have encountered her before in the store when my medication couldn’t be found and she didn’t even acknowledge me when trying to pick it up. Consistently this is the most terrible CVS. The lines, the worst customer service, losing prescriptions, and one time not mixing my daughters medication and not even calling me when they noticed they didn’t mix it-they just waited fr me to notice (literally what they said when I called to ask when I got home).
