Very bad customer service. Nepali guy at counter straight up trying to dismiss another new Nepali guy in town! He was the very first guy from same root I saw today after 1 month of been here in USA, but the way he treated me was pathetic. I don’t know how to play powerball I thought I checked the red number but was multiplier 4x. I didn’t had cash at the moment was only carrying $6 on me. I self selected the numbers but at the end he said he will buy it as I don’t had money for 4x and that’s fine but the thing is I wanted to buy same number only for 3 tickets, he said I won’t sell you here go to another store angrily. I really felt bad how he treated me especially as from same country. I hope this changes , people can be new and know less but plz don’t dismiss the point of view of newbie. I won’t go to that...

I went to this store today because it was a nepali own store and we bought some nepali pickles and noodles for thukpa and we had some nice chat as well with the nepali lady at the reception. She asked us do we live around that area and we told her that we live in woodland and we paid for the stuff and went towards sanfrancisco. On our way we just checked the bill and we're shocked. We bought four items and there was price tag on all three items except one. She overcharged us on all four items. On those 4 items she overcharged us around $10. $10 is not a big deal but losing a customer and their trust really matters. I rated 1 star because there was no zero that you deserve.
