Employees/managers might ask why this review. I really don't like to give negative reviews but this matter has really got out of hand. It appears that certain race it's been target by employees/cashiers-they see a foreign customer, what they do it's trick, brain wash them by telling them to fill out a form to get a discount bla bla bla then bill them for items they paid cash-charging them for the same items, oh yes receipts are very important, but who will keep receipts for 4-6 months? And they know that, that's why they bill them . Unclear if they just add the over payment to the company of cashiers steal it thinking foreign community are dumb and not know anything about laws in this country, well guess what they do know employees in this store are racist by targeting foreign people, discrimination it's illegal but do they care? NO and probably will not stop until they get a law-suit for discrimination yes targeting certain race it's called " discrimination " and racist!!! Then of course they might think "illegal aliens" but you'll be surprise they might be legal and possibly American citizen-race has nothing to do with race, legal status or citizen ship so don't get fool by their looks they might know darn well they can collect evidence and file for fraud against certain customers. Overall this place have racist employees and foreigners should stay away from this place or they will be paying twice for the same items unless they pay with credit cards in that case transactions will be in the bank statement for years. IF YOU FILL OUT A "DISCOUNT" MAKE SURE NOT TO GIVE THEM YOUR SS NUMBER or this people will add whatever money they want and you'll end up paying or they can send you to collection. Read moreI wanted to share my experience with my shopping trip today. It was a spur of the moment trip. I immediately noticed the additional % off on the clearance racks. I rarely find anything that I would wear on the clearance there, but I decided to look anyway. They had several racks of clothing on clearance. That is when I knew that we would need a shopping cart for this trip.
I successfully located 3 shirts, pair of jeans, and a nice pair of sweatpants on the racks. All of the items are brand names at a steep discount. My 5 items were less than $30. I definitely needed some new clothing, and this was a bargain!
I tried the shirts and jeans on in the fitting rooms. The employee was very nice and immediately pointed to an open room. There were several people in the fitting rooms trying on clothing. She was working hard with assisting customers. All of the employee's were friendly and helpful.
My daughter and mother had also found multiple goodies throughout the store at greatly discounted prices. I only endured a couple disappointment's on this trip. My daughter grabbed 2 identical pair of leggings from the clearance. One had a sticker while the other did not. One pair ended up being full price. Another was that my mother was unable to use her Kohl's cash even though a few items were regular prices. I do wish that they carried a larger selection of Big & Tall clothing, especially in slacks and button down shirts.
Overall, this was a fun trip to Kohl's. I would like to return before...
Read moreYou know I always have trouble getting any assistance from Kohl's, I find the return policies to be cumbersome, You can't try on shoes without having them connected via security tag, and unfortunately Sephora has moved into Kohl's. I went to go get my birthday gift at the Kohl's in Albany, apparently their Sephora clerk went home for the day and I unfortunately got their manager, who did not know how to work the system at all. I tried giving her my email and phone number several times and she still couldn't find it. She asked that I log into the Sephora site which I did four times and she couldn't help me find the free gift on the Sephora site either, the system was down, and she didn't know how to fix it. You would have thought that at this point, after waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes for service, and then going through all the hassle of trying to log into the Sephora site, that she would have just given me my gift; but in typical Kohl's fashion, no customer service, no assistance, and I ended up frustrated and leaving empty-handed. All the while admonishing myself for giving Kohl's another chance. Note to all of you Sephora lovers, just go to the Sephora store and skip Kohl's all together, especially if you're looking to use your points or collect your birthday gift; it's a general pain in the bottom and not...
