Amazing concept for families. I'd give five stars except I have the following feedback: Please include draft beers/cider. It's a much better experience to come and have a fresh poured beer while the kids spend a ton of money. There are far too many "prize" focused games like claw machines and such. It seems like a 60/40 split. I totally understand the allure as a business, but we would have stayed at least an hour longer (therefore spending more on drinks) had the kids not spent all their money in 30 minutes on the prize machines. There are no ticket games or prizes. I'm actually totally down with this but it definitely contributed to the #2 dynamic because the kids knew that was their only chance for a prize.. and those each cost double what a regular game did.
loved that there were pinball machines that you can't find other places. Looking forward to coming back in the future with the hope of...

This place does not have the nostalgic feel of the the original Coin jam in Salem. Thereās no wall of pinball machines, no corridor of retro games. No quarters. Itās just lame.
The storm put their servers offline and yet they still decided to be open and break the hearts of little kids who just wanted to hang out and play some games. I complained to the guy that was there a few times and he did nothing to make it right. He just kept saying āoh I understandā. I know they have the ability to initiate free play on their machines. Thatās the least he could have done.
Also, my daughter clearly had the item in the claw machine fully grabbed by the claw. When the claw raised it shook the item out (this happened three times). You need to make you claw machines cost one credit if they are going to make kids upset and sad.
Lame place. Wonāt...

At one point, my partner had lost his necklace and when we had gone to ask if anyone had turned it in at the counter, the bartender (whose name I unfortunately didnāt catch) came and helped us start looking around and went as far as looking under the machines for us. A couple of other customers got up and helped us look too.
Overall a very nice place to visit, and itās clear that it attracts some pretty cool people too. We will definitely be...
