If I could leave negative stars I would. Don’t order your food here!!! Go somewhere else. The staff is very rude especially Maya! I had ordered a pizza, wings and brownie for delivery last night. About an hour later I got a message on the app that said my food had been delivered but when we went out to check it wasn’t anywhere to be found. I called the restaurant to ask if in fact our order was delivered and was told by Maya to call back in about 10 to 15 minutes (my idea) to check if the driver did in fact deliver my food. 15 more minutes go by and still no food. I call back and Maya answers and I ask her again to check on my delivery and she proceeds to say that they can make it again and deliver to me. I then tell her if that’s the case I would like the driver to ring my doorbell and hand me the food. Maya then says maybe I should have a better attitude about it and proceeded to put me on hold. I’m very frustrated at this time and the supposed manager gets on the line and starts telling me that he will only help me if I have a better attitude and stop getting mad. He then proceeded to say that he can make my order over and have it delivered again. At this point I don’t even want the food anymore I’d rather my family starve then eat from this hell hole so I ask for a refund. The supposed manager tells me he has a no refund policy and keeps hanging up on me and my husband and tells us that we are lying and our food was delivered to our home. (mind you I paid $70 for my food and tipped the driver $8 dollars through the app) Then the staff stops answering my calls all together. Luckily I called the location on Lomas and 7th street and the manager was very understanding and made the food over again at his location. We did end up having to pick up the order ourselves because we were out of his delivery reach. I was perfectly ok with that. At least I was finally dealing with someone that knows how to treat their customers. Safe to say I will never order from the coors and central location again. They messed up my order they gave me pepperoni which I am deathly allergic to I called them to let them know that I will be bringing it back and that I needed my right order which was a large chicken pizza I gave them my name. And when I showed up the guy gave me attitude told me that it was going to take an additional 45 minutes I said that was unacceptable. I had called ahead of time and asked that we get a new replacement of the pizza. And after giving me attitude and told me that he could give me a credit I told him that I had a bunch of people at home waiting for pizza and I would like my correct pizza ahead of everybody else's order because it wasn't my fault that they sent me a pepperoni pizza, and that we had already had waited 25 to 30 minutes for and he told me that he had given me two options and I don't like either one of them so what did he want me to do so I asked him for my money back then under his breath he told me you know you see me here struggling on the only one here and you just don't care. First of all he wasn't there by himself he was very rude to me and my husband and I did not appreciate the underlined rude comment that he made, considering that I'm the one that purchase the pizza and got the wrong one and that they should have replaced it without the attitude he walked away yelling and screaming I told them to come back give me back my money I wanted to leave he came back with even more attitude counted out the money like I was some idiot he did not want to give me his name then he told me to have a nice f*ing day. As a customer I really did not appreciate that. We were highly offended. And we will never ever go to that Pizza Hut again. And I am possibly writing a bad review for that Pizza Hut. Read moreJust ordered online for delivery and I guess there's something wrong with either the app, the website, their order taking system, personnel receiving orders, preparing orders or delivering the said products. I say so because they never seem to get an order right. Ever. Not once have I ever receive a smooth transaction from this establishment. I have never gotten an order right. Every. Single. Time. Something is always missing from my order. I would always have to call back to the store about the discrepancies. Either wings are missing, my pasta, breadsticks and dips, you name it. I can never seem to order something and get what I paid for. Because also, on top of missing items, I get wrong items too, a Pepperoni instead of Supreme, Buffalo instead of Cajun, Marinara instead of Alfredo, the list goes on. I mean, come on. I thought I can pick what I want, pick what I want, and then pay for the food I want. I didn't know we're playing mystery boxes here. Every time I phone in about the discrepancies, I'm treated as though I'm such a big nuisance because I'm notifying the team I did not get what I actually paid for. Really? Wow. Grade-A customer service for mistakes done by the team. Unfortunately, regardless of how busy they are, orders always take over 1 to 2 hours long. Estimated delivery is worthless for this establishment. I try and try again to see if the team can do better. I've been really patient and hopeful but I've lost all faith in the team, the establishment, and Pizza Hut.
