Will, the group of kids, and I didn't get to go. Even though we didn't go we still had to pay for an experience that we never had!!!! I'm sorely disappointed by this. It didn't matter if I got sick or the kids. Now they will not return my money. The two nights we did try to go there's was no parking and the line was all the was back to user exit 159. I didn't feel as if the kids would have enjoyed it having to wait in the car for that long. Not even considering the bathroom breaks and then getting hungry. And this was at 6:00 pm. Now the main thing they says is the vendors need to get paid so in other words. The vendors want money that was not even earned. Wow what a bunch of thieves. Buyer Beware! I bought tickets from them about 2 days before the Fixx concert. We showed up at the Sunshine Theater for the show, and there was a small handwritten note in the window saying the show had been cancelled. We ran into a lot of other people who had the same experience. When I contacted Hold My Ticket for a refund, they told me that they had heard about the show being cancelled early in the week and notified their customers. This means they sold me a ticket already knowing the show had been cancelled, which I find outrageous! They said they would not give me a refund until they knew if the band was going to reschedule. Easy to purchase which is the only reason I give two stars. Show got canceled, did not get fully refunded full price for the tickets purchased, contacted customer service about issues, and got fed crap. I will never purchase through them again which will suck as there are things I would like to see. I will network and find tickets others way thanks to their poor customer service and them ripping off people who held up their end of the agreement. Should look into being...
