First, let me begin my saying choosing Mr. Nicholas Mattison to represent my case was the best decision I could have made. His knowledge, professionalism, his willingness to listen, his involvement and time he spent on my case was extraordinarily and I truly appreciated it. It shows his dedication and as his client; it was rewarding to see this. Furthermore, the effort his team put in was greatly appreciated and they were always professional with me.

The time spent on my case was not a quick one. Mr. Mattison kept in contact with me frequently, always answering any questions I had and more importantly making phone calls after the case was over; Mr. Mattison called to make sure everything was doing okay. He was personable, showed compassion, and showed that he cared. Something that in this day in age, you do not see much any more!

I purchased a vehicle that has had 2 engine swaps, 1 transmission swap, all 4 knock sensors, timing chain set, $11k worth of work, I lost my job because the vehicle is consistently inoperable, I turned in the vehicle due to the car lot lot others elicit advice, my credit is shot I am unable to get another car, a job, attend my final classes at CNM, the car lot is trying to put me into another car as a good faith measure that are all inoperable as well within 2 weeks, the person who sold me my car my godfather has admitted multiple times that they knowingly put me in a car that was inoperable, and this team of lawyers will not take my case and when I try to explain myself and give more details to the woman that takes the calls, she hung up on me! I have no one to advocate for me, no one will help and I am at a point where I have just about lost everything!...

I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of communication and responsiveness. I initially contacted them at the beginning of February regarding an intake and emphasized that time was of the essence. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone messages, I received no response or updates for over seven weeks. Their failure to communicate demonstrates their workload exceeds their ability to effectively manage client needs. Fortunately, I have since found competent and reliable legal assistance elsewhere.
