Today i went into this location to buy a nightstand for my bedroom. FRANK was the sales associate that assisted me and he was so helpful and friendly through the whole process. I found the table i wanted but i still needed to go get some things from the mall so i asked if i could just pay for it and come back through to pick it up when i was done. Frank told me it was fine so thatās what i did. When i came back through, Frank pointed me in the direction of the customer service desk so that i could get my table. He walked with me and told the girl behind her desk, NATALIE, that i had to pick the table up. She didnāt do so much as look around the side of her big computer and rudely said, āthere are no pick ups todayā and hid back behind her computer. She didnāt get up or try to help or anything. I said i didnāt order anything and Frank tried to explain to Natalie what was going on and in front of me she looked at Frank and, again so rudely, told him, ādidnāt anyone tell you we arenāt doing pick ups till Friday and Saturday?ā At this point i was frustrated and so was Frank so, thankfully, he took matters into his own hands because Natalieās lazy and rude customer service skills limited her to her desk as she STILL didnāt get up to try to help AT ALL. Had it not been for Frank and another really nice man, i wouldnāt have gotten my table at all. Iām not sure what her position is but Iāve worked in customer service for a long time and she does not need to be working in her position as she is one of the rudest people Iāve encountered in quite a while. And just the looks on the menās faces, the looks of just annoyance because itās obvious and largely evident she does this often and treats her employees/coworkers (depending on her position) badly just as often. If it werenāt for Frank, Iād probably never visit this location again. I can only hope this review launches some sort of change to Natalieās position with...

They have quality furniture at good prices. The staff is very helpful and friendly no matter how many times you keep coming in (Thank you Mo). I went back to the store several times to measure and re-measure furniture, compare colors and samples etc. I needed to make sure it was all correct since they have a no refund policy and will only give store credit (sign posted by register). I purchased a couch, loveseat, coffee table, end tables and TV stand at first. The furniture arrived when they said it would. Delivery was great. A time was scheduled and then I received a phone call when they were on their way. They charged a small fee to deliver the furniture, which is understandable. The bottom shelf of an end table was broken so they ordered a new one. I purchased a bookshelf 2 days after the other furniture arrived and was told they would deliver it for free since they had to come back to deliver the replacement shelf. They charged me an assembly fee (none of the other furniture had an assembly fee). I was in a rush so I agreed. I did not think a replacement shelf would take two weeks to arrive but it still was not in, so they pulled a shelf from one in stock and delivered it along with bookshelf because they did not know when the replacement shelf would come in - I really appreciated that! Overall good service, but make sure you inquire if any piece of furniture requires an assembly fee, and how long replacement parts will take to arrive. This is my third...

Well after my order was paid off they never called me and told me my order was in and they failed to inform me that they charge for everyday you don't go pick it up. When I called to check on my order I spoke to an extremely rude man who claimed he was the manager whom has no customer service skills what's so ever. I told him I was checking on my order and he told my they charge by the day and I told him I never received a call, and he decided to argue of the phone with me. When I went in person to pick up my items the same man Tom was the man I talked to over the phone came out and I explained how rude the man I talked to over the phone was and he got a huge smile on his face and proudly said that was me. He argued with me in the store again and said for me to take my business elsewhere, which he did on the phone as well. Knowing they do not refund your money if you are unhappy he stayed arrogant and rude telling me to take my business elsewhere, and when asked for a regional managers card he said he is the highest person I even asked for the store owners number and he said he was the owner and he said if I don't like that for me to take my business elsewhere. He has no people skills and there furniture is overpriced you can get all the same furniture at Ashley Furniture for less. All in all this was the worst service I've ever had when...
