If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took my iphone 13 Pro Max to get the back glass repaired before I returned it for an upgrade. I was quoted 3 hours. My husband began calling to ask for an update, they never answered. After about 10 calls, he showed up to the store before close of business 6+ hours after dropping it off. He was told my phone was not turning on because they ruined the motherboard with the laser. My phone was not backed up at the time, and I lost 3,000+ pictures including engagement photos. My husband demanded a refund equivalent to the value of an iPhone 13 Pro Max or an equivalent replacement. They said I could wait 30 days for a new motherboard to come in, which was not an option as our service provider was waiting for the phone for trade in credit. My husband asked to speak with the owner several times but was told he was on vacation. The next day they said they had a replacement phone so went to pick it up. Upon arrival I tried to use the phone to find out it was a LOCKED phone, therefore making it ineligible to be traded in. We were told it belonged to an employee and they would "call x finity to have it unlocked since it had been payed off." Days later the phone remained locked and incompatible for service. my husband asked again to speak with the owner and was given an email address to which he never responded to. The employee refused to give a refund on the phone they destroyed and offered a loaner iPhone 12 as a replacement. This business is completely unprofessional and unethical in its standards. Went to get the screen fixed on my phone. When I went to pick it up, the guy said he accidentally gave my phone to someone else. When I asked if he can call to get it back, he said they couldn't because the person's phone was with them (so how did they contact them to let them know their phone was ready?) and I would have to wait anyway because they were closing in 15 minutes so I would have to wait until they returned it (The person had JUST left when I arrived. It could've been returned immediately). Essentially had to rely on the honor system. I was told in that moment that I would get a 50% discount because of the "mishap". When I returned to get my phone, they said, "so you paid in full and my boss doesn't like me giving refunds so I can offer a free accessory". I realized I had no other choice and got a $20 screen protector. Upon receiving my phone, the SIM card reader was broken and they kept trying to blame me for it even though it worked before I took it in. "Did it work before you brought it in?" "Did you see the metal piece fly out" "well we have nothing to do with that area so it wasn't us". They said they would fix it but the part was out of stock and they would call me when they got it in. It's been MONTHS and I've yet to hear back. Guess the warranty means nothing. DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

Bought a Nintendo switch and a pair of “refurbished” AirPod Pros from here. The switch was awesome basically brand new but the AirPod pros turned out to be fake. I was able to get a refund but not the full amount which is pretty upsetting. Other than the fake AirPods both gentleman I dealt with were friendly and had great customer service. The gentleman from yesterday even gave me a quote to get my older switch repaired and the pricing for repairs seem pretty solid. Definitely will come back for any future repairs i need just not for AirPods lol. Edit: Yes my friend they are. Maybe you were fooled to but they are definitely fake. These don’t do that they just take you to maps. The light in the front is not as bright as the authentic ones.
