I want to say my drink was made fast so that was nice however when I picked it up it was half air, it did have the Cold foam on top, but that was just a Thin layer no concern there .The barista said that it looked that way because it was shaken it’s full I said OK and then I walked over the side just thinking as I’m like no I order those drink all the time that’s not OK and I walk back over and she’s like I’ll make another one and literally she fills it completely with eyes pours the drink inside it’s still not full, so then she starts digging out the ice and adding milk to it and pours 2 inches of cold foam handed it to me I said thank you and I grabbed it and then she grabbed my half filled one that I was given originally and I was like well can I just keep that one too since you’re gonna throw it away, and she just kind of was snooty, and gave it to me maybe I’m in the wrong and I should’ve just let her have that one but neither of my drinks were made correctly and to get that attitude for a drink that I spent $7.50 on is crazy. I honestly have no words. We drove up to an empty drive thru and a guy says "Can I help you?". I read off the first item of our order and there's silence. I figure, okay, maybe he is new and doesn't know to respond when they acknowledge the items. I go thru my whole order (pausing after each item) and still silence. We wait a few minutes and nothing. We say HELLO and a girl rudely comes on and says "Wait a minute!" We wait a bit longer and then the guy comes back on and asks if we have been helped. At this point I have no faith that they are competent enough to take our order or make it so we say nevermind and leave. If they had technical issues, let the customer know. Don't sit there in total silence. I'd like to say they were busy but sadly the lot barely had any cars and the drive thru was empty. I'm bummed out today because I normally come get an oatmilk shaken iced espresso but online said they were out which happens a lot. So I tried something new today which was the almond milk honey latte and it was not my fav. It tasted watered down which is hard for something having 3 shots of espresso so I asked if I could get something different because I didn't like it and I was told I could buy something different. Maybe it's dumb but I figure if I buy everyday and I try something new because you don't have what I always get and I don't lie it that you might try to offer me something different without extra charge.
