The communication between employees is non existent. I was told on a Thursday that they only took donations Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Ok, cool. Kept everything in my truck to bring back on a designated day. Show up on a designated day, within designated hours, and ask an employee where to donate. She kindly tells me they don't take donations up front and to drive around the back. I drive around the back only to be told they weren't taking donations. Would I have been aggravated about that? Not at all. But to be told by multiple employees that they were indeed taking donations and inconvenienced over the course of multiple days only to be told by a fourth employee they are NOT taking donations, is beyond annoying.    Read moreJust an observation as I have visited this store numerous times, the foot traffic (customers) seems very, very low as compared to other thrift shops (St. Vincent's, Women's Assistant League, etc.) that support very worthy causes. The merchandise sits for months and months with prices that seem rather high especially since they are donated. Seems a different management style / approach would be able to have more significant sales and lower prices to move the large volumes of merchandise they have more quickly to raise funding /proceeds to assist their worthy shelter operations. Those receiving their assistance would greatly benefit. Just my...
