This place is awful. DO NOT GO HERE!! First of all I take very good care of my nails. They are naturally very long and strong. I came in to get a manicure and waited an hour before the lady called me over, meanwhile there was only 2 customers in the place... I picked a color that was in their “gel polish” basket and she told me that it was dip powder.. I said “ ok that’s fine, I’ll do that. Are you able to make it as thin as possible?” The male working next to her just rudely looked at me and said “NO.” That’s it, just no, nothing else.. then they proceeded to talk to each other in Vietnamese. I said “oooookay, I will just do clear gel polish then.” The lady that was giving me the manicure used her electric file on my naturals nails to the point that when she was done filing, my nails were paper thin and one of them was broken in the corner. I was furious! She told me that it was the polish I previously had on that made my nails thin.. give me a break. I get my nails done every two weeks and this never has happened. I came here because one of my friends that was with me on this day said that’s where she goes, so we went... and will never go again.. after realizing that my nails were surely going to all break probably within a few days, I asked the lady to just put a thin coat of acrylic on top of them so that at least they won’t break. She said ok can I charge you first, I said sure. After she gave me my card back she painted my nails with a regular clear polish.. I said “are you going to do acrylic” she said “yes clear” I said “no ACRYLIC” she was so confused that I just gave up and walked out. Moral of the story is, don’t go here. They don’t understand English, they have very poor customer service skills, they do not do nails well, and I’ve never been to a place so unprofessional. I wish I could get my money back but I’m sure they wouldn’t understand what I was saying if I asked or they would...

The first time I used this salon I went with a friend of mine whom is a regular client of theirs. I had a wonderful experience and the nail tech took her time and did an excellent job on my toes. The second time was a couple of weeks ago for a deluxe mani/pedi. This time my experience was very unpleasant. I had a young gentleman and he rushed through everything. He took my nail polish off, quickly buffed my toe nails, rubbed lotion on my legs, and painted my toes again. Then with my hands he didn't file, buff, or fix my cuticles; he just washed my hands off, rubbed some lotion in and painted one layer of clear polish. The polish came off the next day, my cuticles still looked awful, and my nails were left uneven. They weren't even busy (I was their only client). I work really hard to be able to spoil myself with a mani pedi every once in awhile and I expect it to be a fun and relaxing experience. For $48, I would expect the nail tech to take their time to do things right, the polish to last longer than a day, a relaxing experience for the client; this was definitely not worth my money, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I...

👎🏼Don’t go there. Cut two of my fingers- which bled, didn’t remove all the old polish, uneven nail shape, and obnoxious wait time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I walked in for a manicure (and was the only person waiting) and was told it would be a few minutes. I waited for about 20, and then asked how long it would be, and again was told someone would be right with me. Total wait time, 45 minutes for a classic manicure.

The manicurist could not file my nails into an even shapes, so I gave up asking her to give them a rounded shape. Not quite sure how to describe the “shape” they ended up being.

She cut two of my fingers with the cuticle clipper and made me bleed. They are deep cuts on which I will need bandages.

I had blue polish on my nails when I went in to get a light pink manicure, and still have specks of blue on most of my nails.

Fortunately, my nails grow fast and the polish won’t last long so I can redo them and do a better job myself.
