I took my teenage daughter's into the Victoria's Secret at the Cottonwood mall today and one of the floor associate was asking all the other customers if they wanted to try a free sample of lotion, she asked if they wanted a carrying bag and kept checking on them. Then when she passes us, she looks at my daughter's up-and-down with a mean look probably because my daughters are very pretty and she was jealous, and then she would just walk right past us without asking if we needed help. Normally I don't make complaints but this happened 3 different times so it was very obvious that she was doing it on purpose. And then she was talking to her other coworker that was the cashier and after the cashier rang us up, I asked if I could speak to a manager. Then the funny thing is the cashier immediately asked if she could see our receipt so I gave it to her and she starts putting a coupon code on my receipt. I then aked her what she was doing and she said that she forgot to add the coupon to our receipt so that tells me she knew the manager was coming to talk to me and she wasn't going to give us a coupon code until I asked for the MGR. And that's also probably because she was jealous and doing the same thing as her other coworker. I don't know why girls act like that these days their jealous of other girls that dress nice and look pretty, why can't everybody get along, what happened to the good customer...
Read moreRachel was great when she fitted me but the girl who checked me out under charged me. I wanted to pay part cash part debit and she never took my card and I asked her twice if she was sure I paid and she said yes even after re viewing the receipt. When I left I looked at the receipt and saw that she put I had paid $158.25 total cash. I only paid $83. So I went back, wanting to be honest, explained to the manager and she thanked me, gave me a discount and only charged me $49 of the $75.25 I would've paid. I was fine with that but when I got home the magnetic tags were still on and the store was closed. So today I had to extend my babysitter time and wait for the store to open to see the same manager and sent up to the cashier where I waited in line and then switched to a different person once the cashier actually got to me so she could help someone else faster than me and nothing but a quick "Thanks, sorry about that, have a good day" and shewed off. Poor service, poor service recovery. How about the manager help me so I don't have to wait in line? How about some offering of a small gesture for having to back again and wait for the store to open and extend my babysitter so I could do this? How about at least telling me what you're doing so this doesn't...
Read moreMy daughter & I recently visited this store , I was making a return and immediately when I walked in the store I started getting harassed . Not a hi how are you..etc. it was like are you making a return ? Do you have the receipt? I thought it was obvious as I was walking inside with merchandise and a receipt . I went to the cashier and she asked if I wanted to look around for something else, My daughter and I proceeded to go look and another associate went us to us and asked if I had my receipt and if it was purchased within the last 30 days. I was not even dealing with that associate so for her to come up to me and question me was so rude. I felt like I was getting profiled, after speaking with that associate which I was told was the manager I did ask to speak to her boss. As we went back in line to make the return because at this point I was disgusted in the behavior of this manager/store and did not want to exchange anything . Someone WAS stealing merchandise in a another part of VS, if they hadn't harassed me they would have caught on to the shoplifter. I feel like this store and manager Jade definitely needs...
