This place is my absolute go-to. I wear gloves for work, and my engagement ring has prongs that get bent out of place when I change gloves often. I have needed a few repairs over the years, and not only are they very appropriately priced, they do great work. They also offer free cleanings, which is so nice. The customer service is phenomenal. It doesn't matter who is working-they are all super kind. I am heavily tattooed, so when dressed casually I don't present as a high value client. They treated me with the same helpfulness as any other client who came in. (A man at another local jewelry store did not offer the same respect.) I was impressed the owner had overseen the items I brought in and noted a potential problem which was pointed out to me.

Read moreI had a ring fixed here over a year ago and a bracelet asked for diamond to be put back in a man's ring they glued it in and for the bracelet I asked for a link in bracelet to be fixed from another jewelry repair store messed it up company is next to mcdonalds all I asked for is one link to be fixed so it didn't fall out but instead they fixed and charged me for all links to be fixed ! 197.00 job I should of took it back but being that was the second fine jewelry store F... up I was scared to !
