Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Alexandria

This Sonic is absolutely terrible, most of their stalls are broken. I went to three different stalls on my lunch that is only 30 minutes and the three that I went to were broken. They NEED to put traffic cones or signs on the ones that are broken so people don’t waste so much of their time just trying to find a stall that works. I seen another person do the same thing I did but they just ended up leaving. Once I finally found a stall that actually worked the service was not good at all, the lady was very rude and spoke to me with an attitude for no reason. Then I get my food and they didn’t even get it right. I have gone multiple times trying to give this place another chance but I have been four different times and each time has been worse than the last. I wish there was an option to leave no stars or even negative stars because this place doesn’t even...

I've always loved this location because of its proximity to my work and for the drive thru line. But of late, this place can't get its act together. Three weeks in a row there's been issues. First week, waited 5 minutes at the drive thru line and no one helped me. Not even to say please wait. So i drove off. Second week, same thing. This time i waited because i was jonsing for an iced coffee. The service was horrible, people ordering after me getting their food and drinks before. And then when i got my order it was cold. Third time, pulled up and was told their system was down and i could only order soft drinks because she didn't know the prices of anything else. Three strikes you're out. Really bums me out when they have the best iced coffee around. I guess i'll have to find a different...

Every time I go to the Sonic my order gets messed up no matter if it's if I order a route 44 half sweetened have unsweetened tea or if I order a burger combo made my special way.. NO MATTER WHAT I can always expect my order to be messed up and completely wrong. And that's easily after I end up having to wait 30 to 45 minutes for my burger that is supposed to be at a "fast food spot". We have several Sonic drive-ins in my city that I live in, And I am also a traveling musician, and I have to say this is by far no questions asked the absolute worst Sonic Drive-In that I've been to.
