Wow, I can’t say how disappointed I am. I was in the store looking for some sheet metal screws. I could not find them and went to the counter to ask for help. Without turning around from her task the counter attendant stated that they did not have any of the screws I was looking for. I stated that she hadn’t even turned around to look at them to see what they were. She the raised her voice like an angry parent and informed me that she hadn’t even turned been there 30 years and didn’t need to look because if they were not back there on the shelf we don’t have them. I simply said there’s a lot of boxes back there and maybe I could get some help looking. I way to busy to help you look for something that isn’t there was the response I got. The only reason I’m leaving this review is because when I brought this up to the manager he brushed it under the table, did not offer an apology, also didn’t look for any more boxes or screws and checked me out promptly. I really expected more from a small town...
