A horrible experience!

What I ordered and what was received were two completely different arrangements. When I called to inquire about the arrangement and why specific flowers were missing, I was told that it was my fault for not putting “no substitutions” in the notes and that it is common for substituting other flowers when what was ordered is not available without notifying the buyer.

The owner was not only rude, she was also extremely confrontational and took no responsibility for not delivering what was ordered, stating over and over that it was my fault for not adding notes to the order. She also did not apologize.

I ordered from this shop due to wanting to support small businesses as I know many are struggling. I ordered the flowers from the pic on the right, the pic on the left is what was sent. I paid $52.95 + delivery to upgrade to the deluxe so the arrangement would be nice and full. The dimensions listed on their site are 18.5" high and 14" wide. As you can see, what I got is nowhere near. When I e-mailed them they wanted to send a different arrangement, I asked for a partial refund and never heard from them again.
