Love this store and the owners were very nice. My problem is that I prepaid for a product that was being hand made by one of the owners. I waited a month and when I didn't hear back from her, I called her. I was told she ran out of the original fabric and that she was searching for a matching fabric. I was ok with this plan (although she should have called to give me an update!) Another month has gone by, no call, no product I called the shop again - the person on the phone said I sound frustrated. Well, yes I am.
