Great place to stop for figurines and other collectible items. Recently, they installed claw machines which you have to play out to win something (rigged to win only after a certain amount of money/coins inserted). The staff have always been very friendly to me. The two girls and the blondish, long hair guy are also very nice. The things sold are fairly expensive and nothing is sold on average retail price (mostly marked up a few dollars) but collecting is an expensive hobby. Parking is free on the streets and in nearby structures. I suggest parking in the AMC theatre lot/structure because it is easier to drive whilst the structure behind TopCanvas has so many speed bumps and pedestrians walking through the entrance.
The district manager is AMAZING. He is so friendly and helpful. Always love making small talk with him about the things I buy and what new shipments might be coming in. They are always stocked with Sanrio blind boxes and Sonny Angels!
I previously rated this place 5 stars but after avidly coming to this location for months, I’ve seen distinct increases in their prices that make me not want to shop there anymore. Sonny Angels marked up almost 150% (Retail $10-$13 being sold here for $25-$30). Very disappointing and losing a targeted audience just to make a few extra dollars. A lot of their things are now behind displays which takes away the experience of hunting and finding blind boxes and being able to pick the one you want. The claw machines are the main appeals. Overall has gone down but at least the staff still...

Read moreRuined my night out. Rude terrible experience. Employees want to pick a fight.
I’m a serious collector and I came here every week for the past three months, buying blind boxes. It was always a source of joy to go in store, but I’m never coming back here again.
I was recommending this store to all my friends, and now I’ll tell them to avoid it.
Dyed blonde mexican female employee micromanages the customers like we are elementary schoolers. She hovered over us as we shopped, telling us to put the boxes back exactly as we found it. She stalked the group of high schoolers as they browsed a glass display case. I put the boxes I was planning to purchase back on the shelf, and she said, “you are an adult, you should know better”.
I told her I’m never coming back and she said “good “and waved us off.
I’m never coming back. Go to Maneki Neko or Neko Stop, even Imizzu Gift Shop...
