I have to regretfully change my review about this store. The buying process wasn't bad, but the delivery process has been a NIGHTMARE! I have also found that really the store associates don't seem to care about their customers and experience after already purchasing. I purchased a mattress 3 weeks ago the first delivery the mattress had a tear the 2nd delivery the mattress had a puncture before it even got off the truck the 3rd delivery their third party delivery drivers who do not actually work for the company refused to bring the mattress and demand I sign a damage waiver because of the prior issues that were no fault of mine... Essentially , I meant I, as a customer, would be at a loss for my warranty if I signed the waiver, and they refused to bring the mattress in as I refused to sign their waiver.. the first mattress was brought in with no issues it was never said it was the logistics of my home that caused the damage the original packaging wasn't even damaged so the mattress was damaged prior to even bringing it in my home.. the delivery drivers on this 3rd attempt were so rude and unprofessional. They even lied and told me if the mattress is damaged they have to pay for it out of their pocket and it was not true!! Then I called the store as instructed by the delivery guys to whom I spoke to a gentleman who just didn't really seem to care and just said we don't deal with the delivery end of things. I also previously called the store to complain about the inconvenience this has caused me as for 2 Saturdays I've had to sit around and wait for this delivery and then now i was going to have to wait a 3rd Saturday for another delivery not to mention the rearranged furniture for 2 weeks bc of delayed delivery issues all to be told today they wouldn't do it without a waiver signed today. And on that call in to complain, the sales associate really just had a come back for everything and ever argued with me. I will absolutely never purchase from here again or recommend this place to anyone. I'm not an unreasonable person, and I understand stuff happens, but the way I've been treated and inconvenienced and not even so much as a sorry and i feel like I have been robbed .. now i have to wait for a 4th delivery and hope nothing goes wrong, or I'm screwed out of over 2,000 dollars for damaged goods bc guess what everything is non refundable. This store has robbed me of my money and the excitement of the new mattress that I was looking for. I have been nothing but patient, and I feel they do not care, and I'm being treated poorly. If there is an issue , the 4th time I will file a grievance with the better business and fight to get my money returned. I wish every sales guy I interacted with took some advice from Evan. He told me he just started a few weeks ago but you would have never guessed it by the amount of knowledge he has on the products he was selling. He set me up on the bed match system after we started talking about new pillows. He didn't pressure me to buy at all but laid out all of my options from the cheapest to the most expensive and explained the pros & cons of each pillow. I ended up getting the Bed Gear Storm 2.0 & 3.0 pillows that stay cool all night long! I could not be more happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to buy my next bedroom...
