BE AWARE - Terrible Customer Service! I changed the delivery of my Fed Ex package to this location to make sure I didn't miss a 2nd delivery attempt (as this was an overdue Christmas present for my daughter). And boy do I regret it so please be aware.....if i could give 0 stars I would. When I went to pick up my package I gave the person behind the counter a driver's license and a tracking number. When she found the package she said the address was different on the package from my driver's license...I explained the package originally was sent to my business and gave that address. She said I needed a 2nd Identification showing the business address. I showed her my outlook contact information via my phone with my name, phone number and business address (electronic business card). I told her she could now answer yes to 2nd identification. She refused saying that would be lying which it wasn't since on the list of items that could be accepted for identification, a business card was listed. She got on the phone with Fed Ex person and she tried to misrepresent that I was showing her some google thing. Even though the Fed Ex person said what I was showing was more than what they require at their station, she still told Fed Ex she would return the package to the station. UNBELIEVABLE!!! When I asked the Fed Ex guy really is that the only choice. He said to talk to the GM of the store and that is when I was shocked to learn the person I had been dealing with the whole time was the owner. I showed her sufficient proof but she chose to deviate from common business sense and reasonable customer service by not releasing the package in what was also an obvious attempt to prove her superiority in this situation. At first you said you reached out yourself and today you claimed it is third party company. Which is it!!! You are one of those Nigerians who only show respect to white people but when you are patronized by your own you turn into an animal. I see how you treated the white folks with respect when in your establishment, but when I called to ask about my husband's status you started raising your voice and for what reason?? You need to change your approach to customer service it is terrible!!!!!!!!!!! You don't know me. I called to ask about a status that quite frankly you should have called to provide us with days ago. If you can't provide the service close down. If you told us two weeks we would have sort an alternative.

She offered a service to my husband and promised a response in three business days. We had to call after a week for a response. Keep in mind I was standing right there when she told him three business days. It has been almost a week no update. When I called requesting an update today this Heiffer!!!!! Began raising her voice telling me it can take up to two weeks and she told my husband that. I wondered why she would lie so blatantly considering I was standing right there!!!!!! She started raising her voice telling me how she will hang up on me. Total lack of manners. We regret patronizing her and when I asked for a refund cos she isn’t providing us with anything she starts telling me to go to their website.
