Pizza Mart — Restaurant in Allentown

Update: Ordered from here again( we order take out from here at least 3-4× per week spending upwards of$30 every time) and one of our hoagies came with onions all over it which was a problem because I am allergic and didn't order it that way. When I called the store the gentleman argued with me that he asked if I wanted onions and I didn't say no so he put them on so he would not replace the hoagie! There was no way to salvage the sandwich because the onions were so pungent and the whole sandwich was full of them! So, this man chose to lose a $100.00 per week customer over a $7.00 sandwich - that to me says he doesn't care about his customers or his business! Not to mention his tone and the way he spoke to me as if I was just some stupid woman who ordered wrong and him being right was more important then having a happy ( and healthy ) customer! 00000 stars! If you don't mind eating their mistakes then this is the place...

My pregnant girlfriend, my daughter and my son, had food ordered from. A cheese steak with fries that afternoon. A few hours this past Saturday my girlfriend stomach started to hurt. She started throwing up, over over. Went to the hospital only to be told she has good poisoning. My daughter, tm that night started with the same symptoms and also the doctors determined it was also food poisoning. When contacted , they said they will contact the owner and have phone number. We just wanted to talk to them to make sure they this would not happen again. Nothing was done, they was real rude when confronted about it. I just don't want this to happen again to no one else, specially seeing my daughter going through this and nothing I could do to take the pain away was very hurtful. Thank you for your time...

the food isnt too bad, the pizza is alright, the pasta is atrocious...like straight out of a chef boyarde can and way overcooked to the point of dry and burnt. Still, for a cheap, quick bite to eat, this is still forgivable if it wasn't for one major point. The terrible customer service. The dirty blond cashier is so short and cold, and acts like she's doing you a HUGE favor by taking your order and sighs impatiently when you put your debit card in your wallet instead of shoving it your pocket and running out of her sight. the owner is no better, interacting with him is like trying to talk to a blind cat...un responsive and pointless. Overall this place is NOT worth it. Save your money and go next door to the deli or walk 3 blocks to another pizza shop, because the attitudes will make you...
