TL;DR: Excellent drinks, friendly staff, clean space. Bartenders know their menu and make smart substitutions, but don’t expect off-menu craft creations. Would definitely return to try more food and see future cocktail changes.

My partner and I stopped in for drinks and had a great experience overall. The cocktails were impressive- really balanced and flavorful. The bartenders were friendly and clearly knew their menu well. I wouldn’t call them craft-cocktail masters, but they definitely had a solid understanding of what they were making and were able to suggest smart substitutions (for example, swapping a strawberry syrup for raspberry if that’s more your thing).

This isn’t the kind of cocktail bar where you’d ask for something totally off-menu or custom, but the drinks they do serve are excellent and thoughtfully made.

Service was super friendly across the board. It took a minute for someone to greet me at the host stand, but not enough to really matter. We chose to sit at the bar, where we were greeted right away and taken care of the whole time. The space itself is nice- seating at the bar is a bit close together, but that’s to be expected at a busier spot.

One small note: there’s just one male and one female restroom, and a lot of women were using the men’s due to the line, but both restrooms were clean and well-kept.

Overall, this is definitely a place I’d come back to explore more of the food menu and to see how the cocktail list changes over time. Great drinks, friendly vibe, and a solid...

I contacted the bar manager on Thursday evening stating that a birthday party for my boyfriend would be coming to their establishment on Saturday evening at a specified time. I asked if we would be able to have wings available at the time of arrival in addition to a signature drink based on the birthday boys preferences. I was assured by the bar manager that both the food and drinks would be available, as this bar is claimed as his favorite bar in the valley. Upon arrival, the bartenders and manager on-hours claimed they had no idea what I was talking about and that the special drink implemented for my boyfriend was “no longer available” indicating that any previous conversation I had with a staff member was not related to them and therefore invalid. As a result, the kitchen was closed and food was not available and the drink we were expecting was not offered either, despite my efforts in being proactive and contacting the establishment DAYS in advance. This was clearly very unprofessional behavior on the business’ part and they are simply complicit in offering false and empty promises at the expense of their patrons. It was completely unacceptable considering the effort and communicating that as put in place beforehand to ensure these accommodations would be available at the specified time of arrival. Once again, complete empty promises and...

This place was awesome! The downstairs area has the bar and some small tables and upstairs is the dining area. Everything is dark wood and gives a great atmosphere of both a classic cocktail bar and classy restaurant. They are a scratch kitchen, so they do everything on the menu in house from butchering the meat to making pasta to making potato chips. Our waiter emphasized it when he explained the menu. He also went over the whiskey menu, explained how their flights work, and how they had some rare whiskeys at the moment. He was not pushy about anything and was able to recommend wine and beer just as much as whiskey. They had a great tap and wine list, which is what our group of five ordered from. The food was excellent! We had Brussel Sprouts, Onion Dip, and Edamame for appetizers. For dinner, we had Bolognese, Salmon, Steak, Short Ribs, and the Cheesesteak. Everything all around was fantastic. We had ample time between appetizers and entrees. We had a birthday cake at home so no desserts at the restaurant, but I did order an espresso, which they use beans roasted in house so another plus! This was an all around great restaurant and great experience. Highly recommended for food...

First off i would like to say thank you to the back of house workers!! My first time there and i had a decently good night. Everything was amazing. I just wished our server wasn’t rushing us, or making it seem like everything was we were ordering was a mistake. Still a good server maybe we went to late even tho we got there at 7:45 and they closed at 12am ….I wanted to try more things but he had taken my menu away before i was even finished talking. I did eventually ask for it back. I had a flight of that whiskey, which was top tier amazing!! The ravioli was my favorite so flavorful. The salmon was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The Cesar salad , a classic, but very delicious. The garlic and truffle fries were okay could’ve been a little crispier. I had a few cocktails everyone of them made beautifully, looked amazing perfect liquor to mixer ratio. I would definitely recommend, definitely would go back. The atmosphere was very calming and very smooth. Felt jazzy and homey at the same time. Perfect lighting for a simple dinner night or just a few drinks. Thank you.

Had made reservations for a quick dinner and cocktails at PA Rye Co - highly recommend the same and were seated on a wonderful eight person table after being warmly greeted by a very friendly Jesse, who later on also helped us get some excellent wine from the Bottle Co. Our friendly server Kyle ensured that we got everything to our liking and was friendly and polite! We ordered a few cocktails and for food, we got the Roasted Cauliflower ($10), Pesto Arancini ($12), Stroganoff ($18), and Butternut Squash Risotto ($15). Food was absolutely delicious and the Butternut Squash Risotto was the tastiest dish on our table. Service was excellent, and food arrived within 25-minutes of ordering. Noise levels were on the lower end, and the festive decorations definitely helped set the mood! Overall, we had a very good experience, and will highly recommend this place to friends and family!
