Mike made the process of picking out a wedding band, so easy! He had an assortment of bands to pick from (they were pretty, but they didn’t seem like the right fit for my ring). After just viewing a few, he said he could make a custom band, that it would be a perfect match.

He seemed very knowledgeable and he had blueprints of the rings he designed. He was pleasant and his shop was decorated very nicely for the holiday!

There was no rush but he still got it done quickly! He texted me the blueprint for my ring and pick up was easy.

Love that my band is custom to match my ring! It's a beautiful combination.

He also created a memorable experience for my family and I, with his charismatic service!

Prices were fair and quality is good. Would recommend. He offered to clean both rings before the wedding, and I’m looking forward to visiting him soon!

Took a necklace in for repair. The clasp had separated from the chain. Was told "oh this is an easy fix, ten minutes tops to put a dot of solder on it to reattach. He's not in today but here will have it fixed first thing tomorrow morning. We'll call you". Waited until 4 the next day, no call so I called them, was told "oh I didn't get to it, I was too busy, I'll have it done by tomorrow (which would have been Saturday) I told him I would just get it Monday. Stopped in Monday. It was finally done. It was in a bag, they never took it out just handed it to me and gave me the bill. Went home, there is a huge chunk of solder on it and the white gold chain had a black scorch mark on it. It looks horrible and was terribly overpriced for a ten minute job. Michael was fantastic!! We went to have my wedding ring resized, after 35 years it was needed. When he looked at it he said my diamond was about to fall out! He suggested he make me a beautiful new ring as the old one was very worn and I was missing some smaller diamonds which I didn't even notice. We agreed on a setting and within a few days Michael called to say the ring was ready for pickup! I was surprised it was so quick and I could not have been happier with the outcome! The ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined. He is quite the salesman, we upgraded my stone as well but he is making my old stone into a pendant for me at no charge, so sweet!
