I started a phone plan with these people and I brought the phones they were unlocked. They activated to chips put them in the phone and told me at work they place a test call. When I got home I tried to make a phone call it came back. The phone is not connected to a net work so I took it back to them to get it fixed. They didn’t care at all it’s telling me the phone is not connected to Netwerk. They should’ve checked to see if these Samsung phones were compatible with the phone company. They never did that they didn’t offer to refund my money. They didn’t offer another phone, they took my money for two phone plans that don’t even work and refuse to give the money back when I bring this to their attention, the gentleman in the store shrug about his shoulder and didn’t even care, and proceeded to do what he was doing before I got there. I brought my iPhone 4 from AT&T to unlock here at Xtreme Connection so that I could use it in the Caribbean and my iPhone was working perfectly fine before j brought it here, however, when I went to the Caribbean and tried to use my phone, it came on for like two minutes...literally two minutes and shut off. Now I didn't think much from that, I thought that it just needed to be charged. Well, I was wrong, I charged it for hours and the same thing kept happening. I strongly felt that this guy did more than unlocking my iPhone. I suspected he took out or swapped out a good part from my phone to probably fix someone else's iPhone. Do Not rent U-Haul trucks from this place.Rented a U-haul truck from this place. They gave me a truck that would not run. Kept stalling and the check engine was on. Called and spoke with the manager and he told me this was normal for the U-haul truck. returned the truck within 5 minutes of me getting it.. Would not give me a replacement and did not try to find me another truck at another location. I will never use U-Haul again and I do not recommend anyone using it.
