I ordered a Cuban sandwich W Fries A yuca alcapuria and a potato ball My fries weren’t in my order after waiting a long time for my food to get delivered And when I bit into my sandwich a bit into a really hard bone! I continued eating after removing the first bone and I bit into two more bones that practically broke my teeth! I’m so disgusted! The Yuca alcapuria was the driest I’ve ever had and I was so turned off by the full negative experience that I did not even touch the potato ball. My fries never arrived before the sandwhich turned cold and soggy but what did any of that matter when I bit into not one or two but three bones! Never ordering from here again. HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!!!

First time eating here Tuesday Jan 2 2024 . I ordered the crema chicken. Chicken was undercooked and stringy. In addition, to make matters worse there was hair in my food.
