Read moreI've recently moved to Ohio and we decided to try Grinders. Big mistake for me and my hungry tummy. I ordered Potato Skins and a Southern Stack. The Skins were 4 for 10. They had a bit of cheese and a couple bacon pieces. Bland and devoid of flavor except for the, not crip, no garlic, mush. Gross. My Southern Stack was a nightmare. It starts to large to fit in an adult mouth. Because of the completely sliced hoagie roll their is no pocket to hold the ingredients.Every attempt was only met with insane glops of oil congealing around the extraordinary amount of lettuce, thus lubing the hoagie contents on to the plate. There is no taste except oil. When I picked up a piece of turkey and put it in my mouth I couldn't swallow. The taste I assume from marinating in oil was gross. After two bites I pushed the plate away. I will never go back to Grinders in Alliance. I do not recommend anyone else does either. It's over priced chest made and has flat to nasty taste. A huge waste of money except for cheesecake. That was delish and the only reason they got two stars. Completely...

When we 1st sat down, an employee was sittn at the bar chattn w the bartenders and all 3 were super loud & laughing, for about first 15mins of our visit. We were about to request to be moved when she finally left. Ahh all was quiet...😄 I got the meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy & side salad. The salad was very good, and good sized. Had cheese, eggs, croutons... meat loaf was very good. Kids got their baked sghetti w meatballs, he said it was very good-plenty of sauce so it wasnt dry. The garlic bread was pretty dry tho-but most places are. Other got the teriyaki chicken bowl. Very good flavor! He didnt like the vegetables: water chestnuts, wax & green beans, broccoli & carrots...but we ate them because they had very good flavor. Hubs got some chicken grinder- he said it was ok. We def want to go back so I can try the diff bowls they have as well as the fish & mayb the baked sghetti for myself. Our waitress was so nice & on it!
