Review of Burger King - Alliance, Ohio
I recently visited this Burger King located in Alliance, Ohio, and I felt compelled to share my experience in detail.
Ambiance and Cleanliness: Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was the overall cleanliness. The dining area was well-kept, with tables and chairs arranged neatly. The floors were clean, and there were no signs of leftover food or trash. The restrooms, which can often be a concern in fast-food places, were also surprisingly clean and stocked with essentials. The interior design follows the typical Burger King layout, with a modern, minimalistic style that includes the signature red and yellow color scheme.
Service: The service at this location was a highlight of my visit. The staff were friendly and efficient, with a noticeable focus on customer satisfaction. I was greeted promptly as I entered, and my order was taken with a smile. Despite the lunchtime rush, my food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The employees seemed well-trained and maintained a professional demeanor throughout my visit.
Food Quality: Now, onto the most critical aspect: the food. I ordered the Whopper meal, a classic choice to evaluate a Burger King location. The Whopper itself was made to order, with a perfectly grilled patty, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and the signature mayonnaise and ketchup. The bun was fresh and lightly toasted, enhancing the overall taste experience. The fries, which are a staple side item, were hot and crispy with just the right amount of salt.
I also tried their new plant-based Impossible Whopper. For those considering a plant-based option, this burger did not disappoint. It had a great taste and texture that closely resembles a traditional beef patty, making it a commendable choice for vegetarians and vegans alike.
Value for Money: The pricing at this Burger King location was quite reasonable. Given the quality of the food and the portion sizes, I felt that the meal offered good value for money. There are often promotions and meal deals available, which can make dining here even more affordable.
Drive-Thru Experience: I also utilized the drive-thru during a subsequent visit. The experience was efficient and straightforward. The staff were polite, and my order was accurate. The wait time in the drive-thru line was minimal, which is a significant plus for those on the go.
Parking and Accessibility: Parking at this Burger King location is ample, with a large lot available for customers. The restaurant is easily accessible, located in a busy commercial area that is well-signposted. For those with mobility issues, there are accessible parking spots and entrances.
Overall Impression: Overall, my experience at the Burger King in Alliance, Ohio, was quite positive. The combination of friendly service, quality food, and a clean environment made for a satisfying visit. While fast food inherently has its limitations, this location manages to deliver on the core aspects of a good fast-food experience.
If you're in the Alliance area and craving a burger, this Burger King is a solid choice. Whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru, you can expect a consistent and enjoyable...
Read moreI only ate here because my friend likes the place and insisted that we use a buy one get one free coupon that we got in one of those mail flyers. Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
We went through the drive through and I specified I had the coupon. I was asked if it was printed or digital and said it was printed. We got to the window and I gave them the coupon and my debit card. They kept the coupon and gave me my card with my food. I had already pulled away when I saw the receipt just showed the regular deal of 2 for $6.
So I pull around and get out of my car which is only annoying because now I have an infant waiting with my friend in a hot car while my food is getting cold. I go in and the manager won't give me the difference but instead says he will refund it back onto my card and just ring it up again at the right price. It was a debit card not credit so doing it that way makes it more of a hassle on my end as now I have to wait to see if it really was refunded.
The guy didnt offer anything that would have even tried to make it right either. So after dealing with the cashier trying to shaft me, then the manager making me feel like I just paid $12 for 2 sandwiches, I got to eat a cold sandwich. Needless to say, their coupon strategy trying to get more business just backfired. I hadn't eaten there in years and I will definitely not be returning.

Read moreWent through the drive through, ordered a impossible sandwich meal, mozzarella sticks and a onion ring. paid at the window, the cashier asked me to pull forward, she said "we are making it fresh. We will bring it out to you when its done cooking". Pulled forward, and waited and waited for a total of 15 mins, finally got tired of sitting there, after seeing 8 cars pull through the drive through all paying and getting their food. I got the phone number for the restaurant on Google. And called, a lady awnsered I asked her what was going on ive been waiting for 15 mins for my food, she replied "we are working on it." I said "what for 15 minutes?". She hung up, I exited the car and walked in, and asked the lady at the front what was going on. Explained I ordered 15 minutes ago, and that I've been waiting out there, asked her where my order is. She was very rude, and stated they dont have any impossible burgers, and said they refunded my money. I said you couldn't of told me that 15 minutes ago?!? You couldn't of sent someone outside and notified me???. Just left me out there sitting in my car waiting for food youre not even making.. i then asked her where the rest of my order is the onion rings and mozzarella sticks, she said I would have to reorder. Worst experience I have ever had at any fast food joint, if they ask you to move forward stating they are making it fresh dont. Stay...
